Lilia once asked if it was wrong to post a pic of a cyclist just because she was pretty. Now I must pose a similar question.

    today I saw a tall woman on a folding bicycle with short wheels... she had a long orange scarf

    I do not usually try to chase the cyclist down

    I tried to cut her off to get the shot

    but interesting

    my wife once asked what it takes to get on my blog
    she then said... "I know if you are a hot woman on a bike... but what are the other criteria"
