Dignified and proper. When I ride my Schwinn ladies Suburban "Cadillac bike" I wear the Florsheim wingtips and on the Raleigh Superbe it's the Florsheim loafers.
I'd sure like to find a pair of knickers that wouldn't cost more than I pay for my bikes.

Smart outfit. But wouldn't he come across 100 times more sophisticated (and comfortable) with his bag on a back pannier rather than on his back? ;-)
