Dan and Noelle from PUBLIC bikes pictured on the Metrofiets.
Typically, Noelle rides a chartruese M8 and Dan rides a cream D8.
But they wanted to strike a pose.

I happened to be visiting during la Fête de St. Jean-Baptiste, when all the Quebeckers proudly display their love for their pays.
Montréal's so cool that they named their bikes after it.
And the hot dudes on bikes are not to be missed.
My next installment on Montréal will be about the recent student movement, but for now let's relish in the uniqueness of this ville de merveilles.
Or just relish in the Poutine.
Jacob rolls up on Shelly's bike.
Shelly rides an old rental trek decorated with lots of stickers.
Jacob says that Shelly's bike has an indisposable character- it's colorful, fun-loving, and has a beautiful spirit.
Here are Jacob and Shelly posing in the metrofiets!
Bit by a pit, and she don't care! Jacob suggested she hide the band-aids from the photo, but Shelly was not convinced!
Looks like Love on Wheels to me. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
Sometimes too much fun...
Oh nooooooooo!!!!
More to come from this year's Bike Portrait booth at the Disposable Film Festival 2012 at Nightlife at the California Academy of Sciences.
He thought he could impress me.
But his silly tricks don't impress me.
Although his art certainly does (here's a preview of his backdrop for tonight's event).
Roll on by and strike a pose for us. I'll be wearing a one-of-a-kind custom painted and silkscreened Chimowitz original dress.
Thurs. 7/12 at 6 pm at California Academy of Sciences. Tix to the DFF/Nightlife $12.

They used to say in Québec that if summer fell on a Saturday, they'd have a picnic. But now, most Québecois have told me that Climate Change has taken its toll on the Great White North. Summers are hotter and winters are milder.
Because the summer heat in Montréal was unbearable, my pal Marie-Lyse rented a place in the Laurentides, so I got to experience what truly felt like summer to me.
I read that some of the old Canadian railways have been transformed into bike paths, and I wondered if I had landed on one of them.
It certainly looked that way.
After a long and leisurely afternoon of two-wheeled exploration, a dip in the cool, solitary lake refreshed my body and soul.
Just me and the grenouilles.
Merci pour les souvenirs...
