Advanced Style: Age and Beauty from Ari Cohen on Nowness.com.

Some fashion tips from some ladies who've been around the block.

"Too many people are so afraid, and they just want to do what everybody else does."

Maybe this post is a little more fashion than bicycle, but the message is the same:

Don't be afraid, ladies! Go out onto the streets with confidence! Blaze some trails!

I LOVE this video! It truly made my morning. A good reminder to always live life on our own terms, by our own rules.

Excellent! I am 48 and agree that every decade builds character. There is nothing sadder to me than to hear a woman (or a man, for that matter) sigh and mope about how "old" they are. I never think about my age, although I rather look forward to turning 50 in a few years. Aging is inevitable. Getting old is a choice.

As an old man I am thankful everyday that there are old women and even more so that there are creative old women.
My bride complains of wrinkles so I keep telling her not to worry my eyes smooth them out.
Live 'til you die.
