I went to visit my friend Carolyn last month in San Diego. The beach cruisers upset her because they don't wear helmets. I thought this one was beautiful with her white bike and red skirt.
Lilia is on vacation in France at the moment. So as not to leave you hanging, I'll answer your question in her absence to the best of my ability. Lilia and I don't tell people to wear helmets or not. It's a personal choice. ;-)
